Risk-off: Trump calls covid relief bill unsuitable and demands Congress add bigger stimulus payments

CNBC reported the news.

However, US President Donald Trump did not outright say he will veto the coronavirus/government spending bill. But he very well could prevent it from being the law, via a pocket veto which is denting risk appetite.
