"The elections in New Zealand on Saturday resulted in a hung parliament, with ruling National Party securing 46.6% of the votes while the opposition Labour Party took 35.5%.

The former is expected to negotiate with NZ First Party (7.5%) to form a government, a process which could take weeks."
