According to The New York Times, U.S. President Donald Trump asked then-FBI Director James Comey in February to drop the investigation into Michael Flynn. "I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He's a good guy", Trump said in a memo addressed to Comey.
